The Association of Lithuanian Serials

The Association of Lithuanian Serials has initiated publishing of the Catalogue of the Lithuanian Research Journals in Lithuanian and English languages (two separate publications).The catalogue was introduced and distributed free of charge at the Vilnius Book Fair. The catalogue will also be presented at the London Book Fair on 11–13 April 2011, which is one of the most popular international book fairs.

Our aim is to publicise the Lithuanian research journals and research findings among the bigger number of the Lithuanian and foreign academics, that’s why the catalogue is going to be distributed during the international conferences taking place both in Lithuania and abroad.

We believe that wide dissemination is also important for the journals you publish, thus we would be grateful if you let us know about conferences taking place at your institution by email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. No less than 78 Lithuanian research journals have showed their interest in the possibility of presenting themselves to the Lithuanian and foreign academic societies and submitted requests to be included in the catalogue.

Journals in the catalogue are divided into research areas and it contains the most important information about each journal. In order to make this catalogue accessible to a wider group of readers, we have uploaded PDFs of the catalogue in Lithuanian and English which you can download by clicking on the covers.
